30 grams of hemp seeds provide about 11 grams of protein. By weight, hemp seeds provide similar amounts of protein as lamb and beef. Your body needs the amino acids, provided by an external protein source. Your body cannot produce the essential amino acids, therefore it is important to add protein to your diet.

The hemp seeds can be eaten right out of the bag, you can either dry toast them or even bake them. All you need is a few tablespoons.
