½ cup hemp seeds
2 garlic clove 3 cups chopped kale leaves (about 125 gram)
1 cup of basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Put all vegetables and hemp seeds in the processor, while adding little by little the olive oil and lemon juice.
Add a few generous pinches of salt and pepper and pulse again. The pesto is very tasty and nice to use in salads, pasta’s and as base for sandwiches.
